Facilities Support Agent (PM Shift)

About the Role Cascadia Getaways is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Facilities Support Agent to assist with evening operations at Sand & Sea in Seaside, Oregon. This role supports guest services, laundry operations, front desk coverage, and light operational tasks during busy PM hours. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and is comfortable jumping between guest support, operational assistance, and team collaboration throughout the shift. This position is ideal for someone who is hospitality-minded, proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. ResponsibilitiesGuest Services Support Assist guests professionally and promptly with in-unit support requests Help troubleshoot simple guest issues including: TVs and remotes Thermostats and heat Lockouts and access assistance Extra linens or guest supply deliveries Coordinate with Operations and Front Desk regarding guest concerns or escalations Provide elevated hospitality and maintain a calm, friendly presence during guest interactions Laundry & Housekeeping Support Support evening laundry operations and linen organization Assist housekeeping teams during busy turnover periods Deliver linens and operational supplies to units as needed Help maintain organization and cleanliness in laundry and operational areas Opportunity to pick up additional housekeeping shifts during daytime operations Front Desk Coverage Assist with front desk coverage during breaks, busy check-in periods, or staffing gaps Help answer guest questions and support daily operational flow Communicate clearly with operations staff regarding guest needs and property issues Light Facilities Support Assist with simple operational tasks and light maintenance support Report maintenance concerns promptly to Operations or Maintenance leadership Escalate WiFi/building internet issues through proper HOA/building channels Qualifications Hospitality, housekeeping, laundry, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and guest service skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while also supporting team operations Ability to lift 40+ lbs and remain active during shifts Ideal Candidate Friendly and hospitality-focused Flexible and dependable Calm under pressure Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable helping guests directly inside occupied units Willing to jump into different operational tasks as needed About Cascadia Getaways Cascadia Getaways is a locally owned Oregon vacation rental management company focused on elevated hospitality, proactive property care, and exceptional guest experiences.
