Job Summary Join our very busy team as a Linen Delivery & Collection Associate, where your energy and dedication will keep our hospitality operations running smoothly! In this dicersified role you will be responsible for efficiently delivering fresh linens to various short term rental properties, collecting used linens for cleaning and processing, picking & packing for continous rental turnovers . Your ability to be a team player ensures a seamless flow of clean linen supplies, contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport linens between storage areas, guest rooms, and laundry facilities. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of clean linens to designated locations across the property. Collect used linens from guest rooms, laundry carts, or designated collection points with care and attention to hygiene standards. Assist with sorting, loading, and unloading laundry items in our dedicated facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen storage areas and delivery carts to promote efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures during deliveries and collections to ensure a secure working environment. Communicate effectively with team members regarding linen inventory levels or any issues encountered during deliveries or collections. Skills Previous experience in laundry services, cleaning, or hotel operations is desirable and not required-we will train! Knowledge of laundry processes is a plus. Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing linen inventory. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move linen bundles regularly throughout shifts. A proactive attitude with a focus on hygiene standards and customer service excellence.
