As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will work diligently behind the scenes to deliver impeccable laundry services that contribute to a welcoming and pristine environment. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers, dryers, and specialty equipment efficiently and safely during night shifts Sort, load, and unload laundry items with precision to prevent damage and ensure quality results Handle delicate items with care, including dry cleaning processes when necessary Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks Monitor laundry cycles, troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime Organize and store clean linens in designated areas for easy access by housekeeping staff Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment at all times Requirements Prior experience in laundry services, hotel housekeeping or similar environment preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail to ensure all linens meet cleanliness standards Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads safely Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting
