In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational laundromat environment. Your proactive approach will ensure customers have a positive experience, whether they're dropping off laundry or using self-service machines. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting that values cleanliness, reliability, and friendly service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with machine operation, payments, and inquiries to enhance their experience Monitor laundry machines and equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat area, including folding stations, counters, and floors Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Restock supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and change machines as needed Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues efficiently Receive and properly wash and fold "Drop-Off Orders" Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning or laundry processes is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently and maintain a tidy workspace Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is advantageous Reliable with a proactive attitude towards safety and cleanliness standards
