Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as industrial washers and dryers to process linens, uniforms, and other textiles efficiently. Handle laundry processes including washing, drying garments. Handle materials carefully using proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage and ensure safety. Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents responsibly while adhering to safety standards in production. Sort, fold, and organize laundry items with attention to garment care and sanitation protocols. Push carts or other equipment to transport laundry loads safely across the facility. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including sanitation of machines and surrounding spaces, following safety protocol adherence. Assist with materials handling tasks such as loading and unloading laundry supplies or finished items. Assist with cashiering duties such as processing payments and handling cash transactions when needed. complete routine reports and correspondence. Manage problems, address and solve guest-related issues. Conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness, collecting trash and maintenance in accordance with standards. Assists with the cleaning of equipments and any work areas include but not limited to front desk, guest laundry, vending areas, restroom and common areas. Experience Previous experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during routine tasks involving bulky or heavy laundry loads. Basic math skills for measuring detergents, sorting items, or managing inventory counts. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments related to textile cleaning and machinery operation is a plus. Strong customer service skills are desirable for interacting positively with team members or clients when needed.
