Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and garment care equipment with precision and care. Sort, load, and unload laundry materials efficiently using push carts and other handling tools. Follow safety standards in production to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Handle textiles carefully to prevent damage, ensuring proper garment care and sanitation. Use laundry detergents and cleaning agents correctly according to safety protocols to achieve optimal cleaning results. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including folding stations and laundry rooms, adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to materials handling while following manual handling safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to laundry service requests and inquiries. Ensure all laundry processes comply with safety standards in production and textile cleaning protocols. Experience Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with garment care machines, industrial dryers, and textile cleaning techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments ensures safe operation of equipment and handling of materials. Experience with sanitation practices, dry cleaning processes, or hotel experience enhances your ability to excel in this role.
