This position is responsible for managing the laundry process for Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, and residential cleaning projects . As a Laundry & Linen Specialist, you'll help keep our cleaning teams fully stocked with fresh, clean, and properly organized linens. You'll collect dirty bedding and towels from cleaning teams, transport them to the designated laundry facility, complete the washing and drying process, and return everything clean and organized for the next property turnover. This is primarily an off-site laundry position , but you may occasionally assist the cleaning team with linen setup at the property. Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right person. Duties Collect dirty bedding, towels, and other approved linens from cleaning teams. Transport dirty laundry to the designated laundromat or commercial laundry facility. Sort laundry by type, color, size, and property as needed. Operate multiple commercial or residential washing machines efficiently. Wash bedding, towels, and other assigned linens according to CleanHub Pros standards. Transfer laundry between washers and dryers. Ensure all linens are completely dry before folding and packaging. Fold sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, washcloths, and other linens neatly. Press or finish bedding when required. Inspect linens for stains, damage, excessive wear, or missing pieces. Separate clean linens according to property, bedroom, and towel type. Package and organize clean laundry so it is ready for the cleaning team. Transport and return clean linens to the assigned vacation rental or property. Provide fresh linens and towels to the cleaning team. Assist with bed-making and final towel setup when needed. Help ensure each property has the correct quantity of clean linens before the team leaves. Communicate any missing, damaged, or unusable linens to management. Keep laundry supplies, bags, carts, and equipment clean and organized. Work efficiently to ensure laundry is completed and returned within the required turnover schedule. Participate in the final property check with the cleaning team when requested. What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working with large quantities of laundry. Able to sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens efficiently. Able to operate multiple washers and dryers. Comfortable working in a laundromat or commercial laundry environment. Able to keep track of linens belonging to different properties. Strong time-management skills. Able to safely lift, carry, and transport bags of dirty and clean laundry. Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks. Able to identify stains, damage, and linens that need to be replaced. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Professional and respectful when interacting with cleaning teams, clients, and property representatives. Must have reliable transportation for transporting laundry between properties and the designated laundry facility.
