Job Description:
We are in search of a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.Responsibilities Include:
- Install, inspect, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety standards
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner
- Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on-site or remotely
- Document service reports, including repairs made and parts used
- Provide customer training and support on equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, customer support) to resolve issues
- Maintain tools, parts, and service vehicle in good working condition
- Stay up to date with new technologies and service procedures
- Work may include evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role
- Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
