AdviniaCare Newport is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Assistant to join our team! As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents by meeting their laundry needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Meet the laundry needs of the facility, ensuring timely completion and delivery of adequate linen levels Ensure all laundry machinery and equipment are in safe and efficient working condition Maintain chemicals under safe conditions at all times Remove torn, worn, soiled linen or clothing from inventory Mend and iron as necessary Comply with privacy practices and protect residents' health information Perform other duties assigned by the managerial team

Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen Able to read and write Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required How to
