We are looking for team members with flexible availability who can work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. What will I be doing? As a Common Area Attendant, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: This is an active job that requires you to be on your feet for your full shift Ensure that all common areas of the property are clean and presentable for our guests Maintaining and cleaning public areas (i.e. lobby, restrooms, windows, stairwells, railings, walkways, trash rooms, maintain all trash bins) in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality. Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed. This role requires being indoors and outdoors during all seasons Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs unassisted Perform other duties as requested due to unexpected circumstances and/or special requests.
