Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Laundry Associates to join a fast-paced industrial laundry facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and maintaining a productive work environment. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout their shift. Key Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry and textile products according to company standards. Load and unload industrial washing and drying equipment while ensuring items are processed correctly and efficiently. Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness, quality, and damage while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Prepare, stack, and package clean laundry for storage or distribution. Meet daily production goals while following workplace safety procedures. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Willingness to learn and perform multiple tasks as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, twisting, and repetitive movements. Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, linens, and other materials as required. Comfortable working around industrial laundry equipment in a warm environment. Ability to maintain a consistent work pace throughout the day.
