Laundry Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Laundromat Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining equipment, providing laundry services and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the laundromat.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with machine use and general inquiries. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including floors, machines, folding tables, restrooms, and common areas. Perform routine cleaning of washers and dryers. Perform basic laundry services to include, washing, drying and folding customer clothing. Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues. Handle cash, coins, and/or card transactions as needed. Restock supplies such as detergent, vending items, and restroom products. Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed. Open and/or close the facility based on scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Basic mechanical awareness (helpful for identifying machine issues). Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed. Pay:

$10.00•$13.00 per hour
