This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping the facility clean and organized, and accurately completing wash-and-fold orders. Our laundromat offers both self-service laundry and full-service wash-and-fold , so this is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy and helping customers. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist customers with questions about washers, dryers, and services Process wash-and-fold orders accurately and efficiently Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry Keep the laundromat clean, organized, and presentable Clean washers, dryers, floors, restrooms, and other areas as needed Empty trash and maintain a clean environment throughout the shift Monitor machines and report equipment problems or maintenance issues Handle customer payments and transactions accurately Restock laundry supplies and other necessary items Follow company procedures for handling and labeling customer laundry Maintain a positive and professional attitude Help create a clean, welcoming experience for every customer Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Friendly and comfortable working with customers Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable handling and organizing customer clothing and laundry Previous laundromat, laundry, housekeeping, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, keeps things clean and organized, treats customers with respect, and can stay productive during busy periods.
