In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained to meet health and safety standards. Your dedication will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and staff, creating a positive atmosphere every day. Duties Collect, sort, and transport soiled linens, towels, uniforms, and garments from designated areas using carts or covered hampers Operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing/folding equipment to wash, dry, press, and fold items according to facility standards Inspect laundry for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to supervisor as needed Replenish linen closets, carts, and storage areas to ensure continuous availability for operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry workspace, following all hygiene and safety protocols Handle detergents, chemicals, and laundry products safely and in accordance with guidelines Meet daily laundry volume demands in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and timely turnaround Perform continuous physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and pushing heavy laundry carts Lift, carry, push, or pull 30+ pounds and work in a warm, humid commercial laundry environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning agents Qualifications Previous experience in commercial laundry, housekeeping, or hotel operations preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Basic understanding of laundry processes and ability to operate or learn commercial laundry equipment Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team Join us in creating pristine spaces that promote health, safety, and comfort!
