$12-$14/hr Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k) with company match Next-day pay available upon request Employee appreciation events throughout the year PRN opportunities across our network of facilities Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to help ensure our residents have clean clothing, linens, and bedding every day. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Ensure an adequate supply of clean linens is available for resident care and comfort Collect resident laundry daily and as needed Sort, treat, wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens Label resident clothing items as needed Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms in a timely manner Inspect linens and garments for damage and remove worn or stained items from service Follow all sanitation, infection control, and laundry procedures Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages as needed Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary laundry area Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous laundry, housekeeping, or environmental services experience preferred Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus What Makes You a Great Fit Reliable and hardworking Positive attitude and willingness to help others Pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment Compassion for residents and commitment to excellent service Team-oriented and dependable Apply Today Join River Falls Post Acute and become part of a close-knit team where your hard work is appreciated and your contributions make a real difference in the lives of our residents every day.
