Laundry Attendant

Overview Afternoon/Early Evenings We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and garments. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our customers receive the highest standards of service. Duties Clean and launder various types of linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures. Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, fold, hang, and organize clean laundry items Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of delicate fabrics. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management promptly. Inspect And detail items as they come in. Cash handling Creating a positive experience for all customers. Qualifications Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control in all cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of laundry duties. Must be able to lift some heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts. A willingness to learn.
