Job Description

Tired of the same routine calls? Bring your electro-mechanical skills to a mobile service role where every day is different and your expertise actually matters. Laundry Systems keeps commercial and industrial laundry equipment running in hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and other critical facilities across the Nashville area. These operations can't afford downtime — clean linens and reliable service are essential. We're looking for a higher-level, already-trained field technician who only needs equipment specific training. You'll drive a fully stocked take-home service van, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems on high-use equipment. Think motors, pumps, valves, wiring, sensors, pressure/flow issues, and controls — the same core troubleshooting skills used in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial maintenance, and other electro-mechanical trades. This is not a residential route or a factory job. You'll work independently across different sites every day, solve real problems, and build strong relationships with facility managers who value fast, capable service. Why Experienced Techs Thrive Here True variety — new locations, equipment, and challenges instead of the same handful of units Full ownership — diagnose, decide, and fix with minimal oversight Respect for your skills — if you're already strong at electro-mechanical troubleshooting, you'll fit right in Supportive, tight-knit team that has your back Stable, growing industry with clear advancement paths What We Offer Fully stocked take-home service vehicle Competitive pay for experienced technicians 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off after 90 days + major holidays paid Cell phone and laptop Ongoing training (laundry-specific systems only — we know you already know how to troubleshoot) Who We're Looking For Strong electro-mechanical background (HVAC, industrial maintenance, commercial equipment, or similar) — non-negotiable Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems independently Comfortable working alone in the field with confidence and ownership Solid customer service skills — you'll represent us in hospitals, hotels, and industrial facilities Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running with minimal training If you're the go-to tech people call when something needs to be fixed right the first time, and you're ready for more variety, autonomy, and impact than your current role offers, we want to hear from you. Apply today — we move quickly on strong candidates.
