Responsibilities Operate garment care machines including industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to ensure efficient laundry processing Handle textiles and materials carefully, performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely Use push carts and other materials handling tools to transport laundry loads throughout the facility Follow strict safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment Apply laundry detergents and cleaning agents correctly while adhering to safety standards in production Conduct routine inspections of laundry equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including sorting, folding, and organizing textiles for timely delivery Assist with customer service inquiries related to laundry services when needed Experience Prior experience in cleaning, laundry services, or textile cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and proper manual handling techniques is advantageous Basic math skills are helpful for measuring detergents and managing inventory levels Familiarity with garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning units is a plus Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work efficiently in a physically active role Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation, quality control, and safety protocol adherence This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient laundry operation.
