Responsibilities Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to process linens and clothing efficiently. Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and guest garments. Use push carts and other materials handling tools to transport laundry loads safely throughout the facility. Follow strict safety protocols during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries. Maintain sanitation standards by properly using laundry detergents and cleaning agents while adhering to safety standards in production. Ensure timely completion of laundry services for guest rooms, public areas, and staff uniforms while maintaining quality control. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and materials, ensuring proper storage and usage. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards relevant to textile cleaning and laundry operations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on garment care and cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills to support guest satisfaction when interacting with team members or assisting with special requests. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery such as industrial dryers and garment care machines.
