We are in search of a dedicated and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our fantastic Laundry team! The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of commercial washers and dryers to process hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items. This role ensures that all items are cleaned to hotel standards, properly sorted, and delivered in a timely manner to support smooth hotel operations. Open availability is required for this position. Shifts will primarily be in the mid-day and evening hours (ending as late as 12:00am / midnight) , with the possibility for occasional early morning shifts (starting as early as 4:00am).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor commercial washers and dryers Sort, load, and unload laundry (linens, towels, uniforms, table clothes, etc.) as directed. Follow proper chemical use and safety procedures. Inspect laundry for stains, tears, or damage and report issues to supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including machines, carts, and storage. Adhere to all hotel safety, sanitation, and security guidelines. Assist with other laundry or housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications Must be able to read and understand basic messages, instructions, and error codes in English (as displayed on washer/dryer machines). Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances Ability to bend, lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, afternoons and evenings, and occasional mornings as scheduled
