Part-Time Laundry Folder (Afternoon / Evening Shift)

We're obsessed with delivering the perfect customer experience and caring for our customers' items as if they were our own. We're hiring a part-time Laundry Folder to join our team in North Austin. Schedule Part-time, 2-4 days per week Current need: 3 weekdays plus

Saturday Shift:

midday or evening shift depending on volume Must be able to work evenings and weekends Schedule may fluctuate slightly based on volume / business needs If you are reliable and can consistently work this schedule, we want to talk to you. Pay & Growth Starting pay: $15.00 / hour (Folder I) Clear promotion path based on performance and reliability:

Folder II:

$16.50 / hour

Folder III:

$18.00 / hour

Elite Folder:

$19.00+ / hour (our best, fastest, most reliable folders) Reviews every 6 months Raises are earned by hitting standards in: Quality (few or no mistakes) Speed (lbs of laundry folded per hour) Attendance & reliability Teamwork & attitude Extra ways to earn more over time (for strong performers): Cross‑training bonus 2‑year retention bonus If you show up, work hard, and improve, you can move from $15 to $19+ per hour here. What You'll Do Check in and organize laundry bags; sort and prepare laundry for wash, dry, fold Spot treat items that need special attention Move laundry from washers to dryers, then fold, pack, and prepare orders for delivery Follow customer notes and pocket‑check rules Care for customers' items as if they were your own Work Environment You'll work from one of the cleanest, most modern laundromats in Austin Individual workstations for folders No face‑to‑face customer interaction (your work quality is how we "talk" to customers) Relaxed dress code: jeans, t‑shirts, closed‑toe shoes Requirements Reliable and on time

• this is non‑negotiable Able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand on your feet for an 8‑hour shift Comfortable with repetitive work and following systems / checklists Driven by quality and accuracy Laundry experience preferred but not required
• we will train the right person Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• many of our best folders are Spanish‑speaking (Se habla español en el equipo.
