Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, maintaining pristine linens and uniforms, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility. Your proactive approach and dedication will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember and appreciate. Duties Operate laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and specialty equipment for delicate items or dry cleaning processes. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care. Ensure all laundry is cleaned to hotel standards, paying close attention to stain removal and fabric care. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly sanitizing equipment and workspaces. Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low. Support guest requests promptly by providing clean linens or clothing items as needed. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning and dry cleaning processes. Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to laundry operations.
