Del Rio Nursing Rehabilitation Center Laundry Aide (Part-Time) - Evening Shift

Follow all instructions, safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and infection‑control procedures.

Operate, clean, and care for all laundry equipment and automated dispensing systems.

Handle, sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and distribute laundry according to Community policies.

Maintain proper water temperatures and use laundry chemicals efficiently and safely.

Safely manage clean and soiled laundry to prevent cross‑contamination and loss.

Keep the laundry area clean, organized, odor‑free, and ensure lint baskets are emptied regularly.

Report damaged linens, malfunctioning equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Follow waste‑disposal procedures, Residents' Rights, and all Community policies.

Work cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members.

Perform other duties as assigned.
