POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring ample supply of washed, dried and folded linens and towels for Suite Attendant needs. Responsible for ensuring that all linen used by the Suite Attendants is free of stains, marks and is not torn or frayed. Proactively do whatever necessary, in accordance with Company policies and procedures, to ensure Guest Satisfaction.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

¾ Inspect laundry for stains and wear. Treat stain and salvage or discard, as per

SUPERVISOR'S

instructions. Keep all discards for approval and recording. ¾ Use washing machines correctly to manage costs while ensure linens are properly cleaned and dried. ¾ Fold and store linens. ¾ Clean laundry area and keep it fully supplied. ¾ Notify

SUPERVISOR

of any problems with equipment or linens. ¾ Use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer's guidelines. ¾ Clean suites if requested ¾ Expedite the delivery of linen and requested suite items to Suite Attendants. ¾ Help restock Suite Attendant carts. ¾ Follow proper key control procedure for issued keys. ¾ Follow emergency procedures, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), safety precautions and safest work habits. ¾ Remain aware of any and all potential security problems and report them to your Supervisor. ¾ Report any suspicious or unusual situations encountered while performing duties to your supervisor, GM or MOD ¾ Supply Front Desk with linens and towels for after hours use, as directed.
