What You'll Do As a Laundry Attendant at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Alliance, you'll be an integral part of our housekeeping operation, ensuring fresh, clean linens are always available to support an exceptional guest experience.

You'll:

Operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items. Inspect all laundry items for stains, wear, damage, or quality concerns and remove unsuitable items from circulation. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the laundry room and storage areas. Follow proper chemical usage, fabric care procedures, and equipment operating guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and assist with linen distribution to Housekeeping and other hotel departments. Support operational efficiency by maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout each shift. Uphold all health, safety, Marriott brand, and Coury Hospitality standards. What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you: Take pride in providing clean, fresh, and well-presented linens every day. Are dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Are able to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, bend, and carry items throughout your shift. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leaders. Understand and follow safety procedures and operational standards. Can maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Are available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
