In person Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable and friendly Washateria Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced laundromat environment. This position involves assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, processing wash & fold and dry cleaning orders, and helping ensure the laundromat runs smoothly during each shift. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat at all times Sweep, mop, wipe down machines, clean folding tables, and take out trash Process wash & fold laundry orders carefully and efficiently Fold laundry neatly and organize customer orders process dry cleaning orders Operate cash register and handle cash/card transactions accurately Assist customers with machine questions or issues Clean lint traps and help keep machines and work areas organized Monitor the store and report maintenance or safety issues Restock supplies as needed Follow all company procedures and maintain a positive attitude during shifts Requirements Must be dependable and arrive on time Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to lift laundry bags and supplies up to 30 lbs Able to work independently and multitask Previous customer service or laundromat or dry cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Part-time hours Weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling may be available Paid Training will be provided for the right candidate.
