Daytime, evening, and weekend availability preferred About the Role FreshPro Family Reset helps busy families get their homes back under control through laundry folding, laundry reset, light organizing, kitchen reset, toy pickup, trash removal, and general home refresh services. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented, trustworthy individuals who enjoy helping families create cleaner, calmer, more organized homes. Responsibilities Fold, hang, sort, and put away clean laundry Assist with washing and drying laundry in the customer's home when requested Organize clothes, towels, linens, and household items as directed Reset light household areas such as kitchens, play areas, laundry rooms, and entryways Remove trash and help tidy commonly used spaces Follow customer instructions carefully and respectfully Protect customer privacy and personal belongings Communicate professionally with FreshPro leadership and customers Complete work checklists before leaving each home Maintain a positive, respectful, and nonjudgmental attitude Requirements Must be dependable and punctual Must be comfortable working inside private homes Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand, bend, lift light household items, and work actively during service visits Must be respectful, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Prior experience in cleaning, laundry, organizing, caregiving, hospitality, or household support is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, notices small details, folds laundry neatly, respects privacy, and understands that busy families sometimes need support without judgment.
