Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, and guest clothing are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and organized to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment that guests remember and appreciate. Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to prevent damage and ensure quality results. Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special items requiring specialized handling. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning and dry cleaning processes. Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and guest clothing for smooth operations. Proven experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping preferred. Strong knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal. Familiarity with dry cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all items meet cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
