Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, ensuring garments and linens are cleaned, pressed, and finished to the highest standards. Your friendly customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel laundry services while contributing to a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities Operate pressing machines, washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, load, and unload laundry loads with care, including heavy lifting of linens and garments. Perform garment finishing tasks such as pressing, folding, and packaging to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by adhering to sanitation standards and organizing supplies. Assist with customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to laundry services. Manage manual handling tasks with attention to safety protocols, equipment operation. Keep accurate records of laundry cycles, inventory levels, and cash handling if applicable. Skills Familiarity with laundry equipment such as pressing machines and washers/dryers. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, and cleaning duties.
