Role Summary Clipper Hospitality is seeking a reliable team member to manage laundry logistics and oversee property quality on weekends. This role ensures our hotel rooms and private home rentals meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. You will collect and return laundry while inspecting the work of our cleaning teams and checking for any maintenance issues.

Main Duties Deliver Fresh Linens and Supplies:

Ensure housekeeping teams have all needed supplies to prepare rooms/properties for arriving guests.

Collect Laundry :

Gather dirty linens and towels from various hotel rooms and Vacation Rental homes.

Guest check out inspection:

Check condition of rental, check for items left by guest

Process Linens :

Transport items to be laundered, neatly fold them, and prep items to be returned to properties.

Inspect Cleaning :

Check the quality of work completed by housekeepers to ensure it meets luxury standards.

Spot Maintenance :

Walk through properties to identify and document any broken items, leaks, or repair needs.

Report Issues :

Share maintenance findings and cleaning scores with the management team immediately.

Work Locations Pacific Beach, WA Moclips, WA Copalis Crossing, WA Requirements Age :

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Transport :

Personal vehicle used for all work-related travel between properties. Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle large enough to carry supplies, proof of auto insurance and be able to travel between work sites. Mileage reimbursed at government rate.

Schedule :

Must be fully available to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Detail-Oriented :

Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and functional household items.

Physical Ability :

Able to lift 45lbs laundry bags, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the day.

Communication :

Clear verbal and written skills to report property statuses to management.

Pay:
