In this role, you'll be the friendly face ensuring all laundry services are delivered with care, precision, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include operating garment care machines, maintaining a clean workspace, assisting customers with their laundry needs, and ensuring garments are processed to the highest standards. This position offers an engaging environment where your skills in garment finishing, folding, and customer service will shine! Responsibilities Operate and monitor the all in one wash / dry commercial machines, fabric care if needed, check lint traps for optimal performance. Assist customers with their laundry services, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when processing bulky items or large loads of laundry. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, work areas, and supplies using appropriate cleaning detergents. Process cash transactions accurately at the cashier station, including handling cash and processing payments for laundry services. Perform garment finishing tasks such as garment pressing, folding, and garment care to ensure high-quality results. Follow safety protocols when operating machinery and handling cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for all team members and customers. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of garment finishing, and fabric care is preferred. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with laundry services operations and garment care machine operation. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain a clean workspace and handle cleaning detergents safely. Experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus.
