Laundromat Attendant

Job Overview Join our team as a Laundromat Attendant Closer and become a vital part of providing clean, fresh laundry services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for the closing process of the laundromat, with doors locking at 10PM, Monday through Sunday. In this energetic role, you will ensure the efficient operation of the laundromat, maintain a welcoming environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate and monitor laundry machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing/drying machines and stations, floors and all surrounding areas, trash bins and the parking lot. Handle cash transactions accurately using cashiering and cash handling procedures Provide guidance on machine usage, drying times, and laundry options to enhance customer satisfaction Perform basic math calculations for pricing and payment processing as needed Restock supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of laundry processes is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and uphold high hygiene standards Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Experience with cashiering systems or cash registers is advantageous Reliable, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and supported.
