About us The Laundry Rack are opening new state of the art Laundromats right across WV, OH and KY. Offering customers exceptional service in architectually designed facilities that ensure they enjoy the relaxed and professional atmosphere. The position available is full time and covers both the Saint Albans and South Charleston stores Current shift schedule is 4/10, 10 hours shift for 4 consecutive days, then 4 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain both facilities, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the products or services offered
• Wash Dry and Fold customers clothes to our high standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to handle Point of Sale system when taking orders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
