Job Description
Commission Lash Artist — Build Your Own Career Private Luxury Lash Suite • Paradise Valley / Phoenix, AZ • Rent, Products & Mentorship Included Hi! I'm Lauren, owner of Paradise Valley Lashes & Brows. I'm looking for one motivated woman who wants more than just another lash job—someone who wants to build a long-term career with mentorship, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential. This isn't a traditional salon position where you clock in, collect a paycheck, and go home. This is an opportunity to build your own clientele while I invest in you every step of the way. What You'll Receive Your station in a beautiful private luxury suite — rent completely covered. All professional products, supplies, and equipment provided. Leads to work plus any clients I'm able to pass along. Hands-on training in my signature Fairy Lash Method. Previous lash experience isn't required if you're licensed—I'll teach you everything. Ongoing mentorship in lashing, consultations, client retention, marketing, and sales. Freedom to create your own schedule as your clientele grows. What You'll Be Responsible For The biggest part of this position is building your own clientele. You'll be responsible for: Calling and following up with leads (you can do this from home). Learning and performing my signature lash technique. Providing an exceptional luxury client experience. Showing up consistently, staying coachable, and taking ownership of your success. I'll give you the tools, guidance, and support—but building your business is ultimately your responsibility. The artists who thrive here are the ones who embrace that. Compensation Hourly pay while servicing my existing clients. Commission on the clients you build yourself. The larger your clientele grows, the more your income grows. We'll go over the full compensation structure together during the interview. This Could Be a Great Fit If You… Want flexibility instead of a traditional 9-to-5. Are licensed in cosmetology or esthetics (or about to be). Are excited to learn a proven lash system. Want mentorship instead of being left to figure everything out. Are self-motivated and excited to build something that becomes your own. This Probably Isn't the Right Fit If You… Need guaranteed full-time hours immediately. Expect a full client book to be handed to you. Aren't interested in sales, follow-up, or growing your own clientele. Prefer doing lashes your own way instead of learning a specific method. Part-Time Room Rental Also Available if youd prefer that If you're already established and simply need a beautiful space to work, I'm also open to renting the room part-time for $250 per week. You bring your own clients, run your own business, and enjoy a fully equipped luxury suite without the overhead of furnishing it yourself. How to Apply Send me a message and tell me a little about yourself—where you are in your lash journey, whether you're licensed, in school, or newly licensed, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity. I personally read every application and would love to hear your story.
