Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Brow Artist to join our growing beauty team. In this role, you will specialize in creating beautifully shaped, balanced brows customized to each client's facial features and preferences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about brows, has completed professional brow training , and is ready to grow their skills and clientele in a professional salon environment. This position offers a flexible schedule , allowing you to manage your own availability and work the days and hours that fit your schedule. Applicants must hold a valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License and have completed professional brow training . Duties Consult with clients to understand their desired brow shape and style Perform brow services including brow shaping, waxing, tweezing, tinting, and brow lamination Assess each client's natural brow shape, facial features, hair growth, and symmetry to create customized results Properly prepare and sanitize the treatment area before and after every service Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following sanitation and safety standards Educate clients on proper brow aftercare and maintenance Recommend appropriate brow services based on each client's natural brows and desired results Provide professional and friendly customer service Manage your schedule and appointments responsibly Take quality before-and-after photos of your work when appropriate Skills & Requirements Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License Professional brow training is required Knowledge of brow shaping and brow design Knowledge of brow waxing, tinting, and lamination Understanding of brow symmetry and facial features Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures Strong attention to detail Reliable, professional, and friendly Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Social media and content creation skills are a plus What We Offer Flexible schedule — manage your own availability Part-time opportunity Professional and busy salon environment Opportunity to grow your clientele Opportunity to develop your brow skills Commission-based pay We welcome Brow Artists who are motivated, professional, and excited to grow in the beauty industry.
