Candidates should possess client service and communication skills, such as active listening, clear consultation, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Candidates should possess organizational abilities, including time management, appointment handling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Candidates should possess adaptability and creativity, with the ability to customize looks for different face shapes, hair types, skin tones, and occasions.
