Lash & Brow Artist

Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash & Brow Artist to join our dynamic team. As a lash & brow artist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through expert eyelash application and care. You will work in a welcoming environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction, ensuring each client leaves feeling their best. Your expertise will contribute to creating a luxurious experience that aligns with our salon ethos. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extensions, lash lifts/tint, brow wax/tint, brow lamination and other beauty services while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and comfortable throughout their appointment. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions and related beauty services. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client experience. Assist in promoting additional services such as brow waxing/tint + lamination, body waxing, fineline tattoos, permanent makeup, and facial spa treatments when appropriate. Skills Strong background in guest services, with an emphasis on hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Experience in a team setting is preferred, along with knowledge of various beauty treatments including lash extension and/or perming, brow lamination/tint, and more. Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing client records is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
