West Covina, Fullerton, Hacienda Heights, Chino Hills, Temple City, Pasadena, Glendale, Rancho Cucamonga, Cerritos and Irvine In this role, you will deliver expert eyelash extension services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your energy and professionalism will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest receives personalized care and exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you'll also promote our beauty products and services through social media management and retail sales, contributing to a vibrant client experience. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape and style preferences Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and best practices Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing daily workflow Engage with clients through social media management, sharing before-and-after photos, product demos, and promotional content to boost client engagement Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable beauty products, including lash care kits and skincare items Support the team with additional esthetic treatments such as brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application as needed Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in eyelash extensions from an accredited program Proven experience in eyelash extension application and other esthetic treatments like dermal fillers or dermabrasion Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control procedures Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
