Key Job Responsibilities:
Create a luxury shopping experience for all clients Listen to your clients, assess their fragrance needs and recommend the appropriate Le Vestiaire scent Be a YSL Fragrance expert and conversant of YSL Beauté makeup and skincare products Always strive to achieve or exceed retail sales objectives Continuously recruit new clients to the brand Strengthen client loyalty and grow customer database, esp. during in-store events Develop strong relationships with established clients with regular communication, including invites to promotional events Attend YSL Le Vestiaire Fragrances MasterClass (National Fragrance Summit), which includes a review of pillar products, introduction of new products and selling skills coaching.
Training, Learning and Development:
All Yves Saint Laurent Fragrance Specialists are enrolled in a three-day brand training (luxury service, makeup, skincare and fragrance) before starting position. The career path of the YSL Fragrance Specialist continues for top performers, including National fragrance artists, sales & education management and corporate job opportunities
Job Qualifications:
Must have a high school degree or equivalent . Retail cosmetic/fragrance sales experience preferred, but not required. Passion for fashion and beauty culture Experience with sharing brand content on social media preferred, but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on staffing needs.) The position is employed by one of our retail partners on behalf of YSL Beauté
