In this energetic role, you will specialize in creating stunning, customized eyelash extensions that enhance our clients' natural beauty. Your expertise will contribute to a luxurious client experience, ensuring safety, sanitation, and exceptional service at every appointment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant environment while building lasting relationships with clients and expanding your professional portfolio. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look, providing expert recommendations based on eye shape and personal style Maintain strict sanitation protocols, including sterilization of tools and workstations, adhering to health regulations and safety standards Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software, optimizing client flow and minimizing wait times Promote retail sales by recommending lash care products, aftercare kits, and other beauty essentials during client visits Engage actively with clients via social media management to showcase your work, attract new clients, and foster community engagement Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing client records Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare routines Experience Valid certification as a Lash Technician from an accredited program; previous experience in eyelash extensions is highly preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation practices specific to the beauty industry and eyelash application procedures Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or Zenoti for scheduling and client management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is advantageous; additional skills in makeup application or body waxing are a plus Previous experience in retail sales, upselling beauty products, or working in a med spa environment enhances your candidacy Join us as a Certified Lash Technician and bring your artistry to life in a lively setting that values innovation, professionalism, and personal growth.
