This is not an entry-level position. We are building a roster of skilled specialists who are serious about their craft, confident in their technique, and committed to delivering exceptional, lasting results for a discerning clientele.

Our Westminster location is our newest flagship, and we are intentional about who we bring onto our team. We offer a professional, well-appointed environment where skilled artists can focus on their craft, grow their clientele, and thrive within a brand that takes the guest experience seriously.

SERVICES PERFORMED

The Permanent Makeup Artist will perform services including, but not limited to: Microblading Nano brows Powder and ombre brows Lip blush Eyeliner Color corrections and advanced technique work (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all PMU services with precision, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail Conduct thorough client consultations covering contraindications, expectations, and color theory Execute precise facial mapping and symmetry assessment prior to all procedures Maintain strict sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols in full compliance with Colorado state regulations Document all procedures accurately, including client records, consent forms, and before/after photography Provide clear, thorough aftercare instructions and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction Contribute to brand social media content

• before/afters, educational content, and service showcases Represent The Face Shop & Face Spa with professionalism in every client interaction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Permanent Makeup Artist

• certification required prior to start Bloodborne Pathogens Certification
• required Proof of professional liability insurance
• must be provided before starting Insurance requirements: Minimum coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.

Policy must include an indemnification clause holding The Face Shop & Face Spa harmless for the artist's own work. Minimum 1-2 years of PMU experience with a strong, verifiable portfolio Demonstrated healed results across multiple skin types, tones, and undertones Strong working knowledge of color theory, pigment selection, and undertone correction Professional demeanor aligned with a luxury client experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Established clientele that can transition to our location Experience with corrections, touchups, and advanced techniques such as nano brows and color correction Active, professional presence on Instagram and/or TikTok with a portfolio of client work
