Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction Deliver professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable beauty treatments and products Maintain strict sanitation standards for all tools and workspaces to ensure client safety Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software fresha. Engage with clients through effective communication, upselling products and services to enhance their experience Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education on new techniques and treatments like botulinum toxin injections or laser therapies Requirements Proven experience working as a lash technician and nail technician within the beauty industry Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with salon management software including Fresha.
