Permanent Makeup Artist

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and professional Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU Artist) to join our beauty and wellness team! The ideal candidate is experienced in enhancing natural beauty through semi-permanent cosmetic procedures while providing a safe, comfortable, and exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform permanent makeup services such as microblading, powder brows, combo brows, lip blush, eyeliner, and other PMU treatments (depending on experience/certifications) Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and determine suitable treatments Educate clients on pre-care and aftercare instructions for best healing results Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards according to state regulations Ensure treatment room cleanliness and proper setup of tools and supplies Take before-and-after photos for client records and portfolio/social media (with consent) Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Stay up to date with PMU trends, techniques, and industry standards

Qualifications:

Valid PMU, tattoo, esthetician, or cosmetology license/certification as required by Florida regulations Experience in microblading, lip blush, brows, or other permanent makeup services preferred Strong attention to detail and artistic skills Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures Strong communication and consultation skills
