Overview This is a commission based pay job We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension, lash lift, tint, eyebrow lamination services while providing a welcoming and luxurious experience for every guest. Your expertise in lash application, combined with your knowledge of beauty treatments and excellent customer service skills, will help elevate our clients' confidence and satisfaction. Duties Perform precise eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety, comfort, and flawless results for each guest Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Upsell additional beauty services including brow shaping and lash lifts to enhance client satisfaction Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on aftercare routines for long-lasting results Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and new trends Experience Proven experience as a Lash Technician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extension work Knowledge of salon management software like Mangomint is preferred Strong understanding of sanitation practices specific to the beauty industry Excellent communication skills to build rapport and understand client needs effectively Background in cosmetology, esthetician training, or related certifications is required Join us if you're ready to bring your lash artistry to the next level!
