We are looking for a talented and professional Brow Artist, Lash Technician, and/or Permanent Makeup Artist to join our growing spa and med-spa team. Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following: Brow Shaping, Tinting & Lamination Lash Extensions, Lifts & Tints Microblading / Powder / Ombré Brows Permanent Makeup / Cosmetic Tattooing Lip Blush Other related brow, lash, or beauty services Esthetician licensing and experience is a plus , especially for candidates interested in providing additional skincare or aesthetic services. Responsibilities Perform brow, lash, and/or permanent makeup services with precision and professionalism. Conduct client consultations and explain services, maintenance, and aftercare. Maintain proper sanitation, safety standards, and a clean treatment area. Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat appointments. Recommend appropriate services, products, and packages. Maintain client records and treatment notes as required. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education. Assist with social media content and before-and-after photos when appropriate. Work collaboratively with our spa team to encourage cross-referrals. Qualifications Experience in brows, lashes, permanent makeup, or related beauty services. Proper licensing/certification as required for services performed. Licensed Esthetician or experience in esthetics is a plus. Professional, reliable, friendly, and client-focused. Strong attention to detail and sanitation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Existing clientele is a plus, but not required . Portfolio or photos of previous work are preferred.
