The Opportunity We are looking for a talented Lash Technician / Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist / Beauty Professional to join our team. Whether you are a seasoned expert with a loyal following or a licensed professional with a burning passion to learn the trade, we want to hear from you! We are fully willing to train the right person who possesses a strong work ethic, a meticulous eye for detail, and a creative spirit.

What You'll Do Lash Artistry:

Provide exceptional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets tailored to each client's unique eye shape.

Expanded Beauty Services:

Perform or learn to perform PMU services (such as powder brows, microblading, lip blushing) or other creative beauty offerings (lash lifts, tints, brow laminations, etc.) based on your skill set and interests.

Client Experience:

Deliver top-tier, warm, and professional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and pampered.

Aftercare Education:

Educate clients on proper lash retention and aftercare maintenance.

Studio Standards:

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station in compliance with local health regulations.

Who You Are Licensed Professional:

Must hold a valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license (or relevant local certification required to perform these services). Experienced OR Eager to

Learn:

Prior experience in lash extensions or PMU is a major plus, but we are 100% open to training someone with incredible hand-eye coordination and a desire to master the craft.
