Job Description
We are looking for a talented, highly skilled Makeup Artist experienced in boutique cosmetic sales. You must be detail-oriented with an impressive portfolio and a passion for the industry.

This is a role for experienced professionals. We do not provide training on the skill of artistry; you must arrive with mastery of your craft. (PLEASE NOTE:

) Contract & Compensation StructureInitial Protocol Period:
$15.00 per hour. This rate is provided for a limited time while you learn our specific store policies, procedures, and service protocols.Permanent Commission Transition:
Once your earned commission meets or exceeds the $15/hr rate, you will transition to Full Commission permanently. Once you reach this milestone, you remain on a commission structure where your total pay is based entirely on your performance—offering limitless earning potential.Performance Standards:
This initial phase is an evaluation of your professional fit. If the commission-earning threshold is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, or if store protocols are not followed, your contract with F.A.C.E. International will be subject to termination.Commission Rate:
Percentages are competitive and determined by your level of professional experience; this will be discussed privately at the time of the contract agreement. Key ResponsibilitiesActive Prospecting:
Distribute flyers and engage with potential guests daily to increase sales and build your client base.Service Excellence:
Execute professional-grade makeup applications, expert brow shaping (razor), and lash applications.Operational Protocol:
Adhere strictly to company policies, sales procedures, and daily reporting standards.Sales & Outreach:
Meet daily/weekly sales goals through active floor engagement and product demonstrations.Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain a strictly sanitized workspace, use clean brushes at all times, and dispose of used razors immediately.Product Mastery:
Quickly master the full product line to effectively assist guests with selections. Qualifications- 2 years of professional makeup experience (Portfolio and Demo will be required).
- Mastery of Razor Shaping is a MUST.
- Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, and weekends).
- Strong communication skills and a "self-starter" personality. Safety & Physical Requirements

- Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your contracted hours.
- Maintain a professional attitude and a clean, organized station.
