Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision to achieve desired volume and length, ensuring client comfort and safety Shape, tint, and groom eyebrows to complement facial features and meet client preferences Perform additional esthetic services such as body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, or makeup application as needed Educate clients on aftercare routines for lash extensions and brow treatments to ensure longevity and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations Utilize Vagaro salon software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments Promote retail sales of beauty products related to lash and brow care to enhance client results and business growth Skills Proven experience in eyelash extensions, brow shaping, or related esthetic services Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Knowledge of retail sales techniques to recommend products confidently Ability to perform waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and makeup application is a plus Understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment Certification or training in cosmetology or esthetician programs preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a real difference!
