JOB DESCRIPTION
Lash Technician (Master Level) The lash technician is responsible for the application of lash extensions, tinting, lamination, lift, brow services and any extra duty requested by the store manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lash and brow Lash extension + Fill in Lash lift Lash and brow tinting and henna Brow lamination and Wax Customer service Welcome customers Manage customer complaints and provide solutions follow the duty provided by store manager
QUALIFICATIONS 3
+ years of experience in lash extension industry (If the skill is exceptional, 3+ year can be waived) Excellence in customer service skills Detail oriented, accurate work ethic and consistent positive attitude toward customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Existing customer pool that can be transferred to
