Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. Provide complementary aesthetic services such as brow shaping, hair threading, and makeup application to enhance overall client experience. Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and additional beauty treatments to promote client loyalty. Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to sanitation standards for all tools and treatment areas. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up. Upsell retail products including lash care kits, dermal fillers, skincare products, and other beauty essentials to maximize sales opportunities. Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build an online community. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on eyelash extensions or esthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of management software like Millennium or salon management tools such as

MINDBODY.

Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments is highly desirable. Background in cosmetology, nursing, or esthetician certification preferred; experience in medical spa settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about various treatments and build lasting relationships. Demonstrated ability to perform hair styling, nail care, body waxing, and other cosmetic procedures confidently.
